House with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace, pool, spa

I rent the ground floor of my house (facing the pool), quiet in the countryside, with a sheltered pool (unheated) and indoor spa open year-round. 3 new single bedrooms (including 1 PRM) with individual bathrooms and toilets, air conditioning, private terraces with garden furniture. Equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, 2 coffee makers (Nespresso + filter), hotplates and dishes. The space The accommodation is located on the ground floor of my house, facing the pool, with very little facing. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with Twin beds (180 cm separable into 2 beds of 90 cm), which allows me to accommodate up to 9 people in single beds. The spa is open year-round with special attention to noise in the evening. Guest access The property is accessible to Persons with Reduced Mobility, one room is up to PRM standards. Other things to note I live on the 1st floor of the house, so I am particularly attentive to excessive noise (screams, music...), whether for my comfort or for the inconvenience it would cause to my neighbors.
