Hike is a renovated hostel that opened in the spring of 2020. A great location where you can see the morning and evening sun, standing on the sandbank of the majestic Kikuchi River and Takase Uragawa River. There are stone bridges and spots where you can stroll around, where you can feel the remnants of the port city that once prospered in trade, so please take a walk around the area. Winner of the 2022 Kumamoto Art Policy Promotion Award. The space Capacity 2 people/Area 16.7 ㎡ This is a private room that can be used privately. The floor is made of hinoki cypress, so you can sleep well with the scent of hinoki cypress. The mattresses can be connected to make a double. There is also a table and chairs where you can work on a computer or read. There is no need to worry about losing the key because it can be locked with a number lock. Guest access The 2nd to 4th floors are exclusively for guests. The cafe lounge on the 1st floor is a space that can be used by the general public, so please refrain from bringing drinks or food. Other things to note About check-in The reception is open from 4 pm to 7 pm on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. * If you arrive after 7 pm, please let us know your arrival time in advance and we can check you in until 9 pm. Fridays and Saturdays are from 4 pm to 9 pm. Please contact us in advance if you think you will be arriving after check-in time. * Please be quiet as the entire building will be turned off after midnight. * No smoking allowed anywhere in the building.
