VILLAS ILUSIONS: SOLEDAD (SOLITUDE) Spectacular Villa located in the Garraf Natural Park. The house is located 15 minutes from Sitges and 45 minutes from Barcelona. With its renovated rustic-looking interiors and fascinating gardens, Villa Soledad is the ideal home for a vacation for up to 12 people. The large private pool and the spacious surroundings of the house are perfect for organizing family or friend gatherings. It also has an indoor leisure space with billiards and a drinks bar. The space The house has 2 floors, with spacious rooms and everything is very bright, it has 2 terraces. The gardens are very private and with lots of vegetation. The pool is 10m x 5m, and there is also a barbecue with an oven that will make you enjoy your stay to the fullest. We have a spa installed in the pool area and there is a room with billiards and a bar for some good leisure time. Guest access The reservation gives full and exclusive access to Villa Soledad. Other things to note We advise bringing your own vehicle to visit the area and its surroundings. During the stay, the tourist tax of €1/person per day (maximum of 7 days) will be charged for all persons over 16 years of age. Travel cots and high chairs are available to guests upon request. For stays from October to March, there will be a weekly surcharge of €300/supply/miscellaneous. Monthly discounts do not apply from June to August. For monthly stays, €300/week will be charged for consumption of supplies and a vacation rental contract will have to be signed. The house has an anti-intrusion alarm system with photo-detectors (not cameras), which is only activated when there are no guests, to prevent theft and occupations.
