We are situated on quiet prestigious residential area with a short walk to the beach or to town to enjoy a cup of coffee, dinner or shop. Our almost new suite offers a gorgeous ocean views and sunset. It features a full kitchen, living & dining area, comfortable bedroom and bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. TV, WiFi, laundry, patio and fireplace, free EV charging The space This is a self contained suite with private entrance. It has a living room with a pull out couch for extra 2 persons, dining and a full kitchen to make your home cook meals, bathroom and bedroom. In-floor radiant heating provides a cozy and relaxing place for you to unwind and enjoy the eagles perching on the trees outside. Most times you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset. Guest access The house is easily accessible on a quiet residential street. Parking is available on the private driveway. You have full access to the self contained suite. You have your own private entrance. We live in the other part of the house and are available if you have any questions or any needs. Other things to note There is a fireplace in the living room. Please make sure you turn it off after use and turn off before leaving the Suite. The Suite is on the main floor. The whole suite is on one floor without any stairs.
