Guest access The accommodation is on the 1st floor, without elevator, with a private entrance! You will have access to the whole quiet apartment overlooking an inner courtyard. The key is kept in a small box, guests will have access to the property independently. Nevertheless, please be quiet in the condominium so as not to disturb the neighbors. Other things to note Located in the center of Dijon, you will have access to many restaurants, bakeries and historical monuments, such as the Museum of Arts. In Dijon, many Escape Games such as "the eleventh hour" are offered throughout the year to spice up your stay! Please be noticed: - Linens are provided only once at the beginning of the stay. - Cleaning is not done during the stay. In accordance with Airbnb's guidelines, the accommodation is equipped with a prevention system (noise/CO2) to avoid excessive noise and ensure the safety of guests. In case of noise at night after 10pm, penalties of €150 will be levied. A camera is present at the entrance to ensure the safety of the guests. Any broken or damaged items and furniture will be charged to their actual replacement values.
