Description
Charming little stone house, completely renovated, in the heart of the village. Fall in love with the atypical character of this Ardèche house. Guests will enjoy a large south-facing terrace. This house has a green space of 30 m2, with private access to a small adjoining river (without risk of flooding, the river being below). You will be in total autonomy, with no time constraints to access your rental. Tranquility assured. Public parking lot 50 m away. The space The accommodation has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The front door opens directly onto the living room equipped with a built-in kitchen, modular table and sofa bed. Upstairs, you will have access to the separate toilet and the bedroom. The bathroom is adjoining the bedroom (shower, bathroom cabinet, towel dryer). This accommodation is equipped with, among other things: electric coffee maker with washable filter, Tassimo pod coffee machine, toaster, mini oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, iron with ironing board. You will also find oil, salt, pepper, spices, sugar, finally everything you need in basic necessities for better comfort. From the living room, you can directly access the large terrace. From there you can reach the green space as well as the river, thanks to a spiral staircase. The space is fully enclosed. A gate provides access to the river. This accommodation is intended for two people, to ensure maximum comfort. However, it is equipped with a sofa bed and can be used if needed. (Please note, it is in a less soundproofed area than the bedroom). You also have a small cellar, where you can store your bikes. The area is very conducive to two-wheeled walks as well as hiking. Guest access For an easier check-in, I suggest you leave your car in the parking lot marked "Square des Gauds". Then I invite you to take the stairs and go up the street about fifty meters to No. 43 Rue des Gauds. This will allow you to discover the neighborhood, while getting closer to your accommodation. It will then be possible to move your vehicle in front of the front door, while you unload it, taking care to signal with your hazard lights. The small parking lot next to the house does not belong to me. Parking is not allowed there. It is private and reserved for its owner. Thank you for respecting this prohibition Other things to note Fall in love with the atypical character of this recently renovated Ardèche house. As I do not live there, I wanted to give you completely independent access. Upon arrival, you will find the accommodation clean with the bed made, linens and towels, soap and household products. When you leave, I'm counting on you to leave the place in the condition you found it. Please make sure all indoor and outdoor lights are off and the (electric) awning is closed.
