Come join us in small town America and relax in this 2 bedroom Lil House with a flair of eastern Colorado country. This house is freshly remodeled just for you, with brand new furniture, light fixtures, new plumbing hardware and farm house decor. We’ve tried to think of everything to make your stay very enjoyable! The space This Lil House has everything you need. Home away from Home. Comfortable And open space. We have a 60” smart TV that is visible thru out the kitchen and living room. Blue tooth Victrola radio to enjoy “your” favorite tunes. Full kitchen with a tea and coffee bar and breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos for the morning! 2 bedrooms with comfy beds. Bathroom has a shower and tub, in case you want to soak and relax. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are also taking the "covid clean" very seriously. Rest assured that every door knob, light switch, handles..all surfaces are disinfected! We want to ensure a very safe stay for our guests during this time. Guest access This Lil House has a large yard to play yard games Or hang out on the deck, just relax and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Eastern Colorado has a lot of wide open space and Best sunsets around! Don't forget to hang out on the deck at night so you can see the stars in our Eastern Colorado skys! Other things to note The washer and dryer is located in the basement, along with a work station w with adequate wifi and a quiet place to get away. Also, this is a great stop over for someone traveling with a moving van or truck, trailer or hauling something as we have a very long drive and lots of space to park in the street!
