Apartment with balcony near Uni-Ilmenau and A71

Bright and very spacious apartment, modern and practical furnishings, large balcony and free parking right in front of the house. The apartment is located 4 km from the city center of Ilmenau, but only 5 minutes from the A71 Ost highway. The space Sofa bed in the living room for 2 people Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. Note, Google sometimes shows two locations or two streets to my place. My home is located on the village square opposite the church. The other address is wrong.
