The owner of the house is not responsible for the loss or damage of your belongings or vehicle. Please lock the entrance door at all times, both when you are in the house and when you are away, and also close the windows before leaving the house. 5. Please take special care of the keys. Loss of keys and remote control costs PLN 600 6. A guest of the house may not transfer the property to third parties, and third parties staying in the house are obliged to leave it by 10 p.m. 7. During the stay, the number of people staying in the house may not exceed the number of people declared at the time of booking. In the event of violation of this point, a fee for the accommodation of additional people will be charged. 8. The owner of the house is not responsible for any inconvenience caused during the stay related to the interruption, for reasons beyond the control of the owner of the house - of the supply of utilities (electricity, water, heating, Internet, television) 9. The house must be vacated by 11 a.m. Otherwise, the cost of another day will be charged. 10. Check-in only and exclusively at the hours designated by the property manager, i.e. 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. The exception are justified random accidents. 11. The owner of the house is not responsible for any injuries / accidents suffered 12. The guest uses the beach and the pier at their own risk. The owner of the house does not take responsibility 13. Guests are obliged to return the property in the condition in which they found it. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The owner of the property will determine the cost of such cleaning. 14. Toilet - this is a sea toilet. It is forbidden to throw anything into the toilet. Only feces and toilet paper provided by the owner of the property may go into the toilet 15. Life jackets are required to be used on the unit. 16. After each use of water equipment, remember to put it back in the place indicated by the owner. 17. It is completely forbidden to use incense, sparklers, candles inside the property. 18. It is mandatory to remove all rubbish from the property and throw it in the garbage cans on the premises. 19. Flooding the property and failure to inform the owner immediately will result in the commencement of compensation payments. Any appearance of water in the property must be reported immediately. 20. Upon arrival, the guest receives a written list of items that the property is equipped with. An inventory is taken after each rental. The client must personally sign and accept what is on it, unless they indicate that something on the list is not in the property, then it will be corrected in the presence of the host. 21. Stretch ceiling - when frying or cooking, special care should be taken not to splash oil or hot water on the ceiling, otherwise it will be damaged. 22. Any items left behind will be sent at the guest's expense to the address indicated by them, if they so wish. 23. It is forbidden to jump from the roof of the unit into the lake - the owner does not bear any responsibility 24. Pay special attention to cigarette butts when using the upper terrace - flammability 25. It is forbidden to enter the roof of the facility in shoes other than flat shoes.
