The space Our apartment, located on the ground floor, measuring 36m2, is air-conditioned in the living room and the bedroom, it is equipped with a terrace. It consists : A living room including the living room area with 140x190cm convertible sofa, an equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, 4-burner hob, fridge, toaster, microwave, etc.), a dining room table - 1 bathroom with shower, single 90cm sink and WC - 1 bedroom with 140 bed and storage cupboard - 1 terrace with electric barbecue available and with direct and private access to the beach through a gate. The accommodation includes: - Vacuum cleaner and drying rack - Storage and wardrobes - WIFI (fiber) and television box - No parking space and all of Palavas-les-Flots is subject to payment. You have advantageous packages over several days. Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition. Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel. Guest access The accommodation is entirely available to travelers Other things to note The apartment is located approximately 1.5km from the city center, the funfair and the arena.
