The holiday apartment is located on the first floor and accommodates up to four adults and one child or, for example, two adults and three children. The Old Granary was built around 1780 and was originally part of a manor estate. Horses were once kept on the ground floor, while grain was stored on the upper levels. The walls, up to one metre thick, are made of sandstone and originate from a nearby quarry. By 2018, the building was completely stripped back and comprehensively modernised in a fully ecological manner, with great attention to detail and in close cooperation with the heritage conservation authorities. Thanks to insulation made from wood and hemp, as well as the use of a total of 16 tonnes of clay plaster with integrated wall heating beneath, the holiday apartment is also very suitable for allergy sufferers.
