Secluded Holmes County Farmouse with fishing

Our farmhouse is located in a remote area of Holmes county on a quiet dirt road with no neighbors in sight. Plenty of room and ground to entertain a small family or a large group. Kid's playset and large pond stocked with plenty of fish to entertain your family. Come and enjoy serene peace & quiet!! The space It has a master bedroom suite with a king size bed and a full master bath on the first floor. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, screened in porch and living room. The second floor has an open family room (it’s listed as a bedroom only because it was the only way I could list the beds on here) with table for games, a double bed and pull out chair and 32” tv with Directv. There are also two bedrooms upstairs. One with three twin beds and a full size bed and a spare twin mattress under one of the twins if needed to pull out and place in family room. One bedroom with queen bed and a twin bed cot. Also a full bathroom with shower and tub on second floor. Coffee and tea is provided. There are 2 coffee makers. A regular coffee pot and a or keurig. K-cups, coffee & filters are. Washer & dryer are in the basement. It’s a creepy old basement but harmless! This is truly an original one of the oldest farmhouses built in Holmes county. If you like sandstone basements with log beams, it is cool to see.
