Deluxe Chrousso Pool Villa

Our Villa is located just beside Chrousso Village Hotel, 1,5 Km before reaching the village of Paliouri and offers a large private swimming pool of 48m2, a beautiful garden with barbecue facilities, 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa, and 3 WC. The distance from one of the best beaches in Chalikidiki – Chrousso beach is 900 meters and is also easily accessible on foot through the forest path, since the villa is located on the bottom side of the main road. The space Two double beds in two rooms and a triple bunk bed in the third room can sleep up to seven guests. In the living room of the ground floor there is also a double sofa. The villa is divided into 3 levels and is equipped with an internal elevator as well with marble stairs between the levels. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dish-washing machine ech.) with dining table, WC, living room with flat-screenTV set (satellite channels also) and a fireplace, and in the garden the private swimming pool and built- in barbecue facilities. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of them has a double bed (1.50 X 2.00) and the other has a bunk bed that has an extra pulled out bed from below and can accomodate up to 3 persons. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a balcony. On the 2nd floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed (1.60 X 2.00) and a wardrobe which is served from its own ensuite bathroom. Both the living room and all three rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Our villa can accomodate up to 7 persons, but please note that the 7th bed is the extra bed that can be pulled out of the bunk-bed as shown in the photos. When it is used, moving around and the use of wardrobe of the room becomes inconvenient. The balconies of the 1st and 2nd floor offer terrific views of the area. There is also a shaded private parking space and a secure gate at the entrance of the residential complex. The villa is elevated from the road and together with the surrounding trees offers privacy and also quietness. Guest access Guests can use the whole villa and the 250 sq.m. private outdoor space of the villa. Other things to note There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay. We provide clean sheets, bath towels and pool towels, which we renew every week. Τhe swimming pool is in use from the 1st of June till the 30th of September.
