Deluxe Chrousso Pool Villa

Our villa is located right next to Chrousso Village Hotel, 1.5 km before the village of Paliouri and offers a large private pool of 48 m2, a beautiful garden with barbecue facilities, 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa and 3 toilets. The distance from one of the best beaches of Halkidiki (Hroussos) is 900 meters and is also easily accessible on foot via a forest road, as the villa is located on the lower side of the main road. The space Two double beds in two rooms and a triple bunk bed in the third room can accommodate up to seven people. There is also a double sofa in the living room on the ground floor. The villa is divided into 3 levels and is equipped with an internal elevator as well as marble stairs between the levels. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) with dining area, WC, living room with flat screen TV (satellite channels as well) and fireplace, and in the garden the private pool and a built-in barbecue. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms which are served by a bathroom. In the first one there is a double bed (1.50 X 2.00) and in the other a bunk bed which also has an extra bed - drawer and can serve up to three people. Each bedroom has its own closet and balcony. On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 X 2.00) and a wardrobe that is served by its own private bathroom. Our villa can sleep up to 7 people, but please note that the 7th bed is the extra bed - drawer that pulls out, as shown in the photo. When used, moving around the room and using the closet becomes difficult. The balconies of the 1st and 2nd floor offer stunning views of the area. There is air conditioning on each floor. There is also a shaded private parking space and a secure gate at the entrance to the residential complex. The villa is elevated from the street and along with the surrounding trees offers privacy and tranquility. Guest access Guests can use the entire villa and the 250 sq.m. private outdoor area of the villa. Other things to note No cleaning service is provided during your stay. We provide clean sheets, bath towels and pool towels, which we renew every week. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30.
