The apartment is located in RIVA, within a exclusive subdivision in Puerto Cancún called La Laguna. There is a rooftop pool and a jacuzzi with sun deck area, a playroom, a gym and a drop off dock to the navigation channel. In addition, it enjoys the benefits and amenities that Puerto Cancún offers, such as: golf course, beach club, shopping center a few steps away, among others. The space The apartment has 3 complete rooms and a service room with a single bed. The service room does not have a closet nor windows, but it does have a private bathroom. Guest access There is a private access to the beach from the condominium by means of a bridge. Other things to note Photo ID needs to be provided prior to Check In as it is a requirement by the condo. The rate depends on the number of registered guests. Visitors are not allowed. This is important to consider in case you are planning to meet people here in Cancún.
