Apartment features air conditioning, 2-burner stove, full kitchen, coffee maker, rice cooker, hairdryer, 43-inch Smart TV! We provide bed linen, two beach chairs and towels. The apartment's utensils can be used by guests, and there is no extra charge. The space SWIMMING POOL: on the sixth floor, next to the gym, a medical certificate is required. If you do not have a certificate, you can take the exam on site for 35 reais; check with the reception. The pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays. BARBECUE GRILL/KIOSK: use upon reservation and payment of a cleaning fee of 100 reais, check availability at the front desk.
