Located in the CENTER of Bosa, it accommodates up to 5 GUESTS, and all main services are within walking distance, with restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Tourist tax included. The space DUAS PEDRAS means “two stones” in Sardinian. The name comes from the discovery of the original local stone walls, dating back to the construction of the house, uncovered during the full restoration of the property in 2020. The apartment is located in the HEART OF BOSA, just a few steps from the historic center and all services, and only 3 km from Bosa Marina beach. It features 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a PRIVATE COURTYARD, with table, chairs, and sink, perfect for enjoying time outdoors. The air conditioning (hot/cold), Smart TV, and Wi-Fi ensure maximum comfort. The kitchen, open to the dining area, is fully equipped: double induction hob, moka coffee maker, mini-electric oven, kettle, and all essentials for cooking. The bathroom has towels, a large walk-in shower, and a washing machine. In the bedrooms, all linens, pillows, and duvets are provided. All windows have mosquito screens for maximum comfort. For the BEACH, umbrellas and equipment for beach games are available. Located on the GROUND FLOOR of a small three-level building, the apartment has easy access. For guests with reduced mobility, there is a small step at the entrance and one in the bathroom. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in the private courtyard. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergy risks. There is good free PARKING available around the apartment, on the same street or nearby. Tourist tax is included in the rate. Guest access Guests will have full and EXCLUSIVE access to the apartment. Keys will be handed over in person at the property.
