Immerse yourself in an unforgettable nature experience and spend your holiday in our stylishly renovated alpine chalet in the quiet hiking and skiing area of ​​Flattnitz. The space There are 2 apartments which are connected by a covered external staircase. At the moment we only rent the house to one booking, even if not all 10 beds are occupied. In the upper area there is a bedroom with a double bed and a very small room with a bunk bed - ideal for children who want to sleep near their parents. There is a bathroom with a shower and an extra toilet. The kitchen has a hatch to the dining area and is equipped with an oven, stove, kettle, milk frother, folding toaster and all kinds of cooking utensils. Please bring your own food. We provide towels, bed linen and cleaning products including toilet paper and kitchen roll. In the anteroom at the entrance there is also a small sauna, which you are welcome to use. The sauna stove is operated directly on the device and an LED lamp creates a relaxed atmosphere. Please do not pour too much water over the stove. The entire house is heated with tiled stoves. To do this, please proceed as follows: 1. Open the oven door 2. Stack 1-2 small pieces of wood on top of each other with lighters and light them - let them burn a little 3. Close the grate and wait until it has started to burn well. 4. In winter, fill the oven completely with wood and close the grate 5. Leave the silver oven door open a crack so that air can get in 6. As soon as the wood is no longer burning but is just glowing, the oven can be closed tightly; if you leave it open, the oven will not heat up to 100%. It is usually sufficient to heat it 1-2 times a day. Guest access There is a small safe on the upper entrance door in which the front door key is kept. When you leave, please leave the key there so that it does not get lost. Other things to note This is our private house, which we have renovated and furnished with love and care. We want our guests to treat it as such and handle it with care.
