The kitchen is already equipped with all necessary kitchenware for your immediate need of cooking. This villa blend perfectly with its convenient location that is ideal for couple. The villa is located on the land size of 2.995㎡. The total building size of the villa is 124.5㎡. You would feel very relaxed and enjoyable to be at this gorgeous villa with the natural ambiance inside it. It is going to be hard for you to leave the villa at your check-out time. You would always want to come back for more days to spend. Our location in Jl. Sriwedari 63, Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia. It will take just 7 minutes drive or 3 km away to downtown Ubud center. Go straight a way a long with the main street of Ubud you will see many Artshop, Supermarket and restaurant also the spa place. The View The villa faces a stunning garden view from terrace. The Bedrooms The bedroom is a spacious bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, air-conditioner. It also has a en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, wastafel, shower, toilet facilities and hot water. The Living Area The living room is a fully furnished with TV & Home theater with equipped kitchen. The Facilities The kitchen features, spacious granite counter top, lots of storage space, one sink, a gas stove with two burners, a refrigerator, a rice-cooker, an electric toaster oven and tea and coffee making facilities but we are not provide kitchen basic like salt, pepper and Oil. The Pool The Sharing swimming pool for Villa Garuda, Gajah, Katak and Tokkei are : Length 13 m x Wide 4.5 meter and depth 1.5 meter. Also we provided chairs, sun bed and umbrella on the pool deck sharing for four villa. The Parking Lot There is a private parking space that can easily cars and several motorbike conveniently located at complex of the villa. Guest access You can easily access Villa Damai Tokkei from the main Raya Ubud street which is just 5 minutes driving. Lots of popular tourist destinations such as the famous Monkey Forest Ubud can be reached in 4 km, Taksu Spa & Restaurant is just located 3.5 km , BEBEK BENGIL Restaurant distance is 3.5 km. Other things to note Disclaimer : Please kindly be noted that we are in tropical area and still in the middle of nature space. Hence, you will hear animal sounds like gecko, frog, and another Balinese authentic seasonal animals while they will also showing up in rainy days. It is impossible to stop these living around the house in tropical parts of the world. We do provide mosquito repellent lotion, maintenance and regular fogging as precautionary measures for these. Our villa is located near a charming village road, which offers an authentic local experience. Please be aware that while it is not a major road, it can sometimes be busy and there may be occasional noise.
