Apartment with three rooms for five people, part of a villa

Welcome to our small, fresh bed & breakfast located about 4 km from central Falun and Lugnet. We have a three-bedroom apartment for a total of five guests. There is a newly-built kitchen/dining room for our guests where you can cook or make a cup of coffee/tea. You'll sleep well in our comfortable beds. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The space Welcome to our small, fresh bed & breakfast located about 4 km from central Falun. We have a three-bedroom apartment for a total of five guests. The double room is called Svea and is a large (15 sqm) airy room with room for two people in a 180 cm bed (2*90). Tyra is a single/double room (8 sqm) with space for one or two people in a 140 cm bed. Our single room Ester (7 sqm) can accommodate one person in a 90 cm bed. The rooms are named after our mothers and grandmothers. All rooms also have chairs, tables and other equipment. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. We have a newly-built kitchen/dining room for our guests where you can cook, make a cup of coffee/tea or just sit down for a while. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, stove and kitchen equipment. Our entire villa is non-smoking. We have two cats and a dog, so we do not accept other pets. Our villa is located in a quiet part of Falun at a dead-end street with nature close by. We are only 300 meters from Lake Runn with a lovely outdoor life both summer and winter. Four km from our B&B is Lugnet, a large sports and outdoor facility, where there are hiking and MTB trails and also world-class downhill tracks. Wintertime you can ski in the World Cup tracks. Guest access Guests in our three rooms share a bathroom, where there is a shower, toilet, hairdryer and underfloor heating. Organic soap and shampoo are at your disposal. All day long, you can make your own tea and coffee or cook your own food in our newly-built kitchen. As our guest, you will get your own key to the apartment. Other things to note Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Breakfast is not included. We have free Wi-Fi, but no TV. Our entire villa is non-smoking. We have two cats and a dog, so we do not accept other pets. In summer, there is a patio and a grill with charcoal for rent.
