The flat is in LEKKI Phase1 Lagos, a very nice place with 24/7 Electricity, 24/7 gated and security patrolled estate with on-site mobile police officers for added security .It has a WORK STATION for PROFESSIONALS and also a PS5.for gamers. The estate is in a safe neigbourhood with great night life, exquisite shopping and beautiful restaurants. Very easy transportation links. Generous parking , fitness centres, its very close to several BEACHES and a whole lot more goodies you will expect. The space The living and bedroom spaces are very big. Its on the 2nd floor. The Work Station is a Mobile one, so you can work anywhere in the flat. The room has a SAFE for guests use. There is plenty of space to park cars . Locating the gated estate is very easy, as it is just on Lekki-ajah expeess road. It is about 5 minutes drive from the now popular Lekki Toll gate once you are on the island. Its address ( Freedom Way) is also accessible through the popular Admiralty Road if you enter the area through the Ikoyi-Lekki Flyover bridge. Guest access There are lawn tennis, basketball and football courts available to all guests. Also ampule parking spaces for your use. We have a supermarket, a club house and laundrette on site all for guests use. Other things to note Accessing the estate is restricted and it can only be done through the issuance of gate access code generated for guest's visitors on request by me, offering a greater level of privacy and security. There is 24 hours electricity supply as you would expect from a Serviced Apartment. The flat and estate is decently quiet as there are a good number of professionals there.
