The ocean view master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath with a walk in shower. The garden view bedroom includes a queen bed plus a single futon style sofa/bed, and the living room offers an additional queen sofa bed — ideal for families or two couples traveling together. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located at opposite ends of the villa, giving everyone added privacy. You’ll also have the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer, along with family friendly essentials including a combination infant bed/playpen, high chair, and toddler car seat. A guest favorite is the large screened in porch, complete with comfy seating and outdoor dining — the perfect spot for sunrise coffee, afternoon shade, or evening cocktails with long, uninterrupted views of the ocean and beach. It’s common to see turtles while swimming, and the sandy, shallow water makes it easy for all ages to enjoy. The coral reef sits about 100 yards offshore, offering beautiful sea life just a short swim away. Guest access Guests have access to tennis court, pool and beach loungers. The pool and tennis courts are located on the part of the condo's property which is on the opposite side of the street. The street is busy and caution is required when crossing over. Other things to note We have a few sets of snorkel gear at the villa for your use. Mobility info: there are four wide steps down from the parking area and two half steps to get to the front entrance of the unit. Two-three steps down from the patio door at the back to the sand beach. The sea is quite shallow with sand banks for a long way out in this area - great for snorkeling! At the reef there is a gap and caution should be exercised in that area as an undertow can occur when the waves flow back through the opening in the reef.
