Moonwalk - mid century modern home on North Shore St. Croix

Moonwalk is right on the coast on the east end of Cane Bay. The open air house was built by a shipbuilder and feels like a magnificent mid-century modern boat. The breeze from the sea blows through the house throughout the day and the sound of the waves lulls you to sleep at night. The view from the upstairs balcony is postcard-worthy. Amenities include pool, wireless internet/TV, full kitchen, mini-split ACs in both bedrooms, washer/dryer, and of course, the ocean just beyond the back gate. In February and March, Humpback whales are often seen migrating along the north shore as they head north for the summer. The mama and calf above hung out right off the back of the house for over an hour March 6, 2025. Our Caribbean Life episode "Southern Charm in St. Croix" from season 6 still occasionally airs if you want to see an earlier version of the house and probably more than you want to of us. Please note that because of the open nature of the stair/loft railings the house may not be the best fit for unsupervised young children. And that some salt film from the ocean breeze in the main living area (not bedrooms) is to be expected.
