Welcome to our cozy 51 m2 apartment, completely refurbished. On the ground floor, close to the city center, you can discover Bellême on foot. You will enjoy the charm of the city, in the heart of Perche: walks, visits, relaxing in the garden, everything is done for you to rest, and recharge! The sweetness of life in Perche is sure to seduce you. The space When you book L'ILOT DU PERCHE, you will find: - A living room with a sofa bed (regular bed, 140*190 cm mattress), blackout curtains for more comfort, a connected TV, Wi-Fi and dining room. - A kitchen: Fully equipped, induction stove, fridge, combined microwave oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, @Nespresso coffee machine, teapot, as well as all the useful utensils to prepare good meals. - A bedroom: 1 bed 160*200 cm. - A bathroom: shower with "rain shower" and vanity unit, hairdryer. - A separate restroom. The accommodation is rented as a whole and for 2 to 4 people maximum. This accommodation is non-smoking. OUTSIDE The garden has garden furniture, a table/chair set for lunch or dinner. ESSENTIALS Toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, garbage bags, condiments and some coffee capsules are provided. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. Beds made on arrival. We can provide a baby kit = Folding bathtub, baby bed and high chair. Just let us know when booking.
