AKK4 - Apartment MD Center near university and main station

The great apartment is located near the main train station and the university. Also nearby is the Elbeschwimmhalle. It is equipped with everything you need for everyday needs, especially if you are in the city for a long time. Parking is possible right outside the door and costs only €3.00 for 24 hours. The apartment of course has Wi-Fi (50,000 line) and a smart TV. In the comfortable double bed, 2 different mattress thicknesses are installed so that everyone can find their optimal comfort. Other things to note Important note - Prostitution is strictly prohibited in our apartments and immediately leads to a house ban and criminal complaint upon discovery! There is an SWM EV charging station about 150 meters away. When arriving by car, you can ideally park right outside the door, at the cheapest rates in all of Magdeburg, namely for only €3.00 for 24 hours (select 12 hours for this). The best way to pay the parking fees is using the Pay by Phone app (note: this only works with German license plates), but you can also pay in cash. In the evening, there are usually spots available right in front of the house; during the day, you may have to drive 50–100 meters further down the street. It is important to make sure that you only park your vehicle after the “Parking” sign; this is approximately at the level of my office. The apartment is located in an environmental zone, which means that a green sticker is required (also available for foreign vehicles at any car dealership upon presentation of the vehicle registration documents for approximately €10). The Savircenter is 900 meters (3,000 feet) away, a 10–20-minute walk depending on your fitness level. From the main train station you can walk to the apartment in about 15-20 minutes.
