The space LOCATION: Supernova City Center makes the perfect home base for exploring Novi Sad. This fantastic city center location is just a 5-minute walk from the strict pedestrian zone of the city, and on the other side 10 minutes to shopping centers or Strand beach. Our apartment is complete with all the conveniences of a modern premium home. PREMIUM DESIGN: Our apartment is designed by a local team of architects who put a lot of love into the furnishing process. We have combined a modern and premium look, while at the same time every guest feels peace and comfort when staying with us. LIVING ROOM: Living room has a foldable sofa bed, large smart LED TV and dining table. On desk you can fit a laptop and use it as comfortable working table. NETFLIX streaming service available. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is modern and richly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is fully equipped with a cooking plate, stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery. Dishwasher tablets and Espresso coffee are available and included. PARKING: Available free onsite parking. The parking space is located in the courtyard of the building, secured by video surveillance and ramp access control for guests only. AREA: The approximate unit size is 49 sqm (530 sqft). Guests have exclusive use of the entire suite. Guest access CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 3PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing before booking. Other things to note WIFI: Internet download speeds are approximately 150-200 mbps. These speeds are achieved thanks to the optical infrastructure in the building. You have 2 access points for the Internet, one of which is 5G. The day before your arrival, we will send you an email with access data for connecting to WiFi. FREE CLEANING: if you are staying more than 10 days - Light house cleaning (light cleaning, linen and towel change) is carried out every 7 days of your stay COMPLETELY FREE. If you are staying less than 10 days and want additional light house cleaning you can arrange it for an additional fee. Subject to availability, light house cleaning can be provided during your stay for an additional cost (if you stay less then 10 days) for 15 eur.
