BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.  - AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have double beds. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. POOL There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 8ft x 12ft in size. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats up to 15 people comfortably and offers a TV. - The dining area seats 6 people. - The exteriors of the villa feature 2 beautiful lawns. - Catch the vivid hues of the beautiful skies while also enjoying the mesmerizing views while strolling on the lawns. - There is a terrace, equipped with ample seating arrangements. - There is a private outdoor pool to soak in the sun and relax your muscles. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a toaster, a mixer-grinder, cooking utensils, a refrigerator and a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.  FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. - The food will be delivered to the property. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day, excluding meals and taxes. The staff will be accommodated in-house.  ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games like carrom, jenga or cards and outdoor games like cricket or badminton. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADD-ON SERVICES - ⁠Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. - Taxi services can be offered at an additional cost.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
