The house has everything you need and we make sure it's a home during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster, all necessary kitchen utensils and some basic products such as salt, sugar, tea, etc. The living room leads to the newly glazed porch that invites you to relax and enjoy good company, a good meal or a good book. You will enjoy the outdoors in both summer and winter! The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a full bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small adjoining room. The other room has two twin beds that can be converted into two doubles. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two more people. We have a crib and highchair if you need it and the little ones will find games and books to entertain themselves with. A few meters from the development there is a children's playground (with soccer goals, basketball baskets and swings). Walking you can easily reach Bádames, where you will find everything you need to stock up and enjoy the rich and varied Cantabrian cuisine. In the village you will find several bars, restaurants, supermarkets, butcher shop, pharmacy, hairdresser, post office, ATM, etc. The house is located in the heart of the Voto Valley, in a very quiet and green area belonging to the Marismas de Santoña nature reserve, which includes numerous points of environmental and cultural interest. Ideal for nature lovers with many hiking or biking trails. The nearest beaches are Laredo and Berria, which can be reached in 15 minutes. The house is in a perfect location to discover both the Cantabrian coast (Santander, Laredo, Santoña, Castro Urdiales, Noja...) and the interior (Limpias, Santillana del Mar, Cabárceno Natural Park...). Also, we are only 35 minutes from Santander airport and 50 minutes from Bilbao and its airport! There is the possibility of putting the car inside the property, although we do not have a covered garage. The garden has furniture and a barbecue. The comfort of our guests is our priority.
