The flat consists of a large living room/bedroom, a large separate kitchen and a new bathroom with rain shower. In the living/bedroom there is a large 180x200 king-size bed and a super cosy fold-out sofa bed with slatted frame measuring 80x200 There is also a dining table for 3 people and a Smart TV with free Netflix access and a Playstation 4 including various games. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as pots, pans and cutlery, of course. The bathroom has a large shower & washing machine and tumble dryer. Other things to note Parking spaces are available in front of the building. However, these cannot be reserved. If you absolutely need a parking space, there is a multi-storey car park right next door for €8/day Important note: The apartment is located in the immediate city location of Offenbach and is located on a busy street and next to railroad tracks. There are soundproof windows, but for very noise-sensitive people, the apartment may not be suitable!
