Ocean View Penthouse, top floor of "The Blue Building", in historical centre of Paço de Arcos, in front of the beach and fishermen's bay, in the middle of the restaurant and shopping area, near the railway station to central Lisbon and Cascais. The unique and marvellous view of the Tagus River estuary with the Atlantic Ocean is always present. The space The Blue Building, a unique 1930’s building, was completely restored during the years 2017 and 2018 and is now one of Paço de Arcos historical center reference. At The Blue Building you’ll find 3 different cultural Portuguese themes, according to the floor: Top floor: Writers Middle floor: Musicians Ground floor: Artists Ocean View Penthouse is located on the top floor. The living room gives you one of the best views you can have from the Tagus River/Atlantic Ocean. There you’ll find a golden brown leather 3-seat sofa together with a matching armchair. A 4 PAX table with, upon request, a high eating chair will guarantee unique meals. At the balcony you’ll find 2, 2 PAX tables to simply enjoy the unique and marvellous view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge a microwave, a dishwasher and a 7Kg washing machine. You will also find a nespresso coffee machine, an electric jug and a toaster. In both bedrooms you’ll find a large bed, 160x200, and, upon request, a cot bed will guarantee your baby comfort and safety. Both bedrooms you have a wardrobe and, in one of them, you have a desk. The bathroom as a shower and, upon request, a baby bathtub will be provided. Both rooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning.
