The space This is a 4-sided house composed of 2 buildings that connect together from the inside. The accommodation consists of 2 floors: The ground floor includes: - a large room of over 50 m² with fully-equipped kitchen open to the dining area (large table for 12 guests) - a long corridor with a 6 m² cloakroom - a 28 m² living room - a bathroom with toilet of 8 m² The floor accessible by a staircase includes: - 3 large double bedrooms with queen size bed (160 x 200) - 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90 x 200) + 1 pull-out bed - 1 separate toilet - 1 bathroom with bath tub and shower Access to the garden is directly via the path that runs along the house or through the parking gate (the ground floor is not accessible). There is an attic that is not accessible and not furnished. The garden and orchard have an area of 3,600 m². Possibility to park 2 vehicles in front of the house (private sidewalk) and private space to park 4 cars on the front left boundary of the property. Guest access Guests have access to the ground floor, the upper floor and the garden-orchard. The ground floor and attic are not accessible. Other things to note Bed linen (mattress cover, duvet cover and pillowcase) and bath towels are not included in the rental price. You will receive a detailed description of the mattress and duvet measurements to plan your bed linens. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request and with surcharge.
