Guest access Guests have access to the cottage, pool. The pool is situated between the studio and house and approximately 50mtrs stroll from the house to allow guests to spread out. The converted studio provides extra space for those family members who want to spread out. Self contained studio offers kitchenette, additional bathroom, lounge area, billiard table and extra sleeping space. While Addison's Montville guests will not interact with any other guests it is important to note that the property also accommodates Addison's Baroon Pocket on the other side of the property with its own access Other things to note The pool and rustic studio/ coverted shed are approximately 50mtrs from the main house giving you plenty of space to spread out. The self contained studio is very rustic with a large outdoor area with outdoor fireplace. Cooking in the studio is a microwave inside. The main house has free wifi, and Netflix for your enjoyment We encourage people to share their holiday with their pets but request that you contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability. We only accept 2 dogs per stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, in the swimming pool and you clean up after them.
