Welcome to our beautiful 6-bedroom villa, While our villa is available for full-house bookings, we also offer the flexibility of booking individual rooms separately. Each room is designed for relaxation and style, providing you with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. The space This is a large villa ideal for family reunion (with children), group holidays or professional/corporate gatherings. The place is also available for those looking for individual bedrooms. The villa is on two floors, located in a serene environment in a secure, quiet gated compound, close to Lake Victoria. It has 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs; Upstairs 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms 2 bedrooms that share a a bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms have large balconies where you can choose to sit and relax or work as they have WIFI access. Downstairs 1 large family room with twin bed with ensuite bathroom that has a bathtub and shower A second bedroom with a double bed. The room has an adjacent toilet and shower All the bathrooms have hot water. There is also a three-bedroom tent that can be assembled in the garden to accommodate extra people (with air mattresses) at an extra cost. All the places have unlimited wifi access. You can decide to sit at the huge balconies outside the bedrooms or sit downstairs in the open-plan living room where there is a TV or enjoy the open-air patio outside that overlooks the huge garden with mature trees and well maintained garden. There are also parasols with tables and chairs in the garden where you will enjoy a cool breeze from Lake Victoria and the mature trees shades. There is also a tree house in the garden (a favourite for children) where you can sit and relax as you enjoy a drink or work. There are swings in the garden and at a request (for a small fee) a trampoline can be assembled for children. There is a fully fitted kitchen downstairs, part of the open plan arrangement that includes the dinning room and bar. The kitchen has a double-door (American-style) fridge, gas cooker, kettle, microwave, blender, air fryer, toaster, rice maker and a washing machine. Guest access The guests have access to all parts of the house, including the beautifully stone-decorated open-air patio and the parasol/seats in the garden and of course the not to miss treehouse Other things to note The property is in a gated large compound and there is a police post nearby for added security. There is a pleasant housekeeper to help you with all of your inquiries, including shopping. In the neighbourhood is the Ggaba market that has all the local foodstuffs, including the local delicious tilapia fish. Guests can enjoy games such as volleyball, basketball hoop and badminton. A trampoline for children and bonfire can be arranged on order at an extra price. Food/bbq and transport can also be arranged on order.
