We sanitize the common area such as sofa, dining table, carpet etc. once customer check-out. Other things to note HOUSE RULES 1. Do not park your vehicles in front of another resident’s house. 2. Strictly No smoking and No pet is allowed due to hygiene concern. 3. Our kitchen only allow halal food. No alcohol allowed. This is to respect Halal kitchen rule. 4. Please control your voice when using pool area and open-air relaxing area. Please be considerate to the neighbour resident. 5. Kindly use with care of any homestay amenities. 6. Always ensure to switch off all the appliances and water tap upon leaving or check-out. 7. All the cooking facilities, dishes and BBQ facilities to be clean prior check-out. 8. Do not change any furniture arrangement without permission. 9. Guest is liable for any damage howsoever caused to the homestay property and amenities caused by the guest. 10. Owner is not in a position to guarantee guest’s safety against the events including but not limited to accidents, death, act of God, flood, riot, theft or acts of negligence. 11. Please to ensure to take safety precaution by locking all the door and window upon leaving the homestay or check-out. 12. Private pool, balcony and stairs area to be use at your own risk. Always supervise your kids. 13. Do not jump/dive or climb the pool wall. Do not pee/poo in the pool. Diapers or colour cloth that can fade are not allowed in the pool. Please shower your body first prior go into the pool. 14. Any illegal activities and/or stealing of the homestay amenities will be reported to the authorities. Artsy Staycation reserves the right to cancel the booking and ask the guest to leave the premise without any refund if any of the guest is found violating any of the rule stated here.
