House with quiet garden near Paris (30 min)

Welcome to Longpont-sur-Orge, Just 30 minutes from Paris (car or RER), we welcome you in a corner of greenery and tranquility. You will be accommodated in a small house (70 m2), outbuilding of our house, located at the back of our property, ensuring you a stay in complete privacy. This house awaits you for a stay close to Paris, with tranquility and space in addition ;) The space The house is composed of: - a large living room: living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen - one bedroom (double bed) - a beautiful bathroom (shower and bathtub) - a terrace overlooking the garden There is a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Guests can park their car directly on our property, closed with an electric gate. You will have access to the garden which is fully enclosed too. If you enjoy walks, Lormoy Park and the Basilica of Our Lady of Good Guard are a 10-minute walk away. You will also be a 10-minute walk from the center of Longpont (shops, bakery) The house is fully equipped: - Wi-Fi access, - 2 TVs with over 100 channels (CanalSat) - speaker with Alexa - pellet stove for a cozy atmosphere - kitchen side: fridge, freezer, microwave oven, electric stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine. - shower and bathtub (we provide bath towels, as well as bed linen) Guests can take advantage of the beautiful terrace overlooking our large garden. Ideal location to visit Paris and the surrounding area: by car (25 min): N20 – A10 – A6 to Porte d'Italie or Porte d'Orléans by bus (40 min): Daniel Mayer stop at Porte d'Orléans by train (30 minutes from the heart of Paris, Saint Michel, Eiffel Tower) via Massy-Palaiseau (RER B), Sainte-Geneviève (RER C) 30 minutes from the castles of the region: Versailles, Vaux-le-Vicomte and Fontainebleau.
