The space As soon as you have crossed the threshold of the gate, you can enjoy the absolute calm offered by the park with its century-old trees. At the end of the road, a space will allow you to park several vehicles just in front of the house. Lovers of old architecture will be delighted. Here, everything has been redesigned with taste allowing a beautiful association with the contemporary! We invite you to share moments of relaxation and joy in our living room with a comfortable sofa and small coffee tables facing a flat screen. A small lounge area is available to you with a small table and two armchairs. This space is very relaxing and you can enjoy absolute calm. The ultra-modern kitchen is waiting for you to concoct hearty meals. It is made up of numerous storage spaces, a worktop, a sink, a fridge-freezer, a wine fridge (you can put your bottles of wine purchased from our nearby Harvesters there!), a dishwasher, hotplates, a hood, an oven, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. You will also find a kitchen kit, for the 1st night only: 1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a kitchen towel... will be at your disposal (except grocery stores cooking: salt, pepper, oil... which will not be provided). The large table will allow you to receive your friends with conviviality. All you have to do is set up our table service! This very authentic room, with its masterful fireplace and its exposed beams, has been tastefully remodeled in association with the contemporary. A French window will give you access to our outdoor dining area with its barbecue and our garden furniture. The perfect place to delight your guests. Ideal for sharing long moments of conviviality and savoring the sweetness of Tours. A room on one level is proposed to you. It is made up of a double bed, bedside tables with lights, a small pedestal table and a comfortable armchair. A relaxation area is offered to you with a sofa and a small table facing a flat screen. A large bathroom is at your disposal. It has a double vanity unit with mirrors and a walk-in shower. The sleeping area on the first floor is accessible via a small staircase. It is composed of a bedroom and a dormitory bedroom with 6 single beds. The ideal place to receive all your family and friends! Especially since they will be able to play good games of table football which is placed in a small space. A first bedroom, with very neat decoration, is at your disposal. It has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, and a chest of drawers. A large bathroom is adjoining. It has a stylish piece of furniture with a double sink and a large mirror. You can enjoy our walk-in shower. Finally, for the pleasure of your little darlings, a large dormitory room with six small single beds completes this sleeping area. Bedding and household linen (sheets, one bath towel per person, one bath mat) are provided. You will also have a necessary for the bathrooms and shower rooms for the 1st night only: 1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo as well as a roll of toilet paper. The sweetness of Tourangelle will call you to our wooded park. Here everything invites you to rest and share joys with family or friends. You can have armchairs in the shade of our hundred-year-old trees. The big and small children will not be left out and will be able to indulge in the pleasure of the trampoline! Your friends will be eager to stay and come back ! The little extra: an electric charging station is at your disposal. Guest access You will be welcomed by our team and we will introduce you to the house. Arrival is when you want from 4 p.m. (without possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure). Large private car parks available: your friends can place their vehicles in front of the house as well as their bicycles.
