The space Room 3 is a cozy room with a queen-sized bed and a small office desk, while the decor features historical and "brew-tique" touches that create a unique feel to the space. With your stay you will receive: a complimentary Fitger's Crowler coupon, free parking, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with cable, Netflix & Hulu, a coffee bar featuring a Nespresso machine, mini fridge, microwave, clothes iron, hair dryer, private bathrooms with large showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Each room also comes with extra warm blankets for those cold northern nights. These luxury suites also feature a community sauna and a large lake view deck with a fire pit for all guests to enjoy! Guest access PARKING +One Free parking spot is provided and signed in the main lot. +Permits are provided in the room upon check-in, please hang them from your rear view mirror during your stay and place them back in the room upon departure. +Additional vehicles will have to and pay for parking. $12/day (May-October) +Please contact management if you are unable to park in your designated spot. Other things to note NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD + Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM
 + Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties + Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement and extra fines may be assessed. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES + All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable + To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. + We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises + If you use anything, please put it back to where it belongs
 + Additional fees will be assessed if there are any damaged, broken or missing items, including excessively stained linens and towels. + We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during or items left behind after your stay. 
 SMOKING + No smoking of any substance at any time inside the home or on the patio. If there are traces of smoke there will be a fee of up to $300 for remedies. PETS + PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ROOM #3, However, we are a dog friendly property and allow dogs in rooms 1,4 & 5. Please be respectful with your pets, keep them leashed in public areas, clean up after them and keep barking to a minimum. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed at an additional fee of $75 per pet.
