CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: Lavender Folly is a lovely one-bedroom annexe that stands on the grounds of our Grade two listed house. Stylishly refurbished and self-contained, the building shares a portion of our small walled garden with an outside space for guests to sit and enjoy al fresco dining. The Folly is complete with its own kitchenette, living room and bedroom. The space Within Lavender Folly the airy bedroom occupies the upstairs of the folly and features a comfortable king size bed and en suite, which is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen features a brand new Bosch oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave and is equipped with all the basic items you would need to cook a substantial meal. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the entirety of the Folly. The garden area is shared with the house. Other things to note The parking is close by but not on the property. For stays of 7+ nights we require a weekly cleaning fee of £65.
