A quiet self contained cottage that sleeps up to 4 people. A large lounge/dining area with a queen at one end and a separate bedroom with two single beds. Warm and toasty with an air conditioning/heatpump unit and an oil heater in the bedroom. The space The Batch - Queen bed and 2 singles. A cosy cottage with a large lounge with the queen bed at one end and lounge suite/kitchen table/TV at the other. There is a separate bedroom with the 2 single beds. Off the lounge there is a small modern kitchen with a electric oven and electric hobs. and through that there is a small bathroom with a shower. No washing machine or dryer. There is a large covered deck out front and a private barbeque on a grassed area beside the cottage with a park area adjacent. Free Wifi and free to view TV. All linen and towels provided. Other things to note We have very strict maximum guest number rules - children and infants are included in the total number of guests.
