We appreciate your understanding as the community evolves. The access road to the condominium is unpaved and slightly bumpy, but easily passable by any car, scooter, or ATV. For greater comfort and flexibility during your stay, we highly recommend renting a car, scooter, or ATV — the best way to move around Tulum and reach the property with ease. Bicycles are also an option, though we only recommend them for adventurous travelers, as distances can be long, roads uneven, and it gets very dark at night. If you choose to rent a vehicle, you can park safely on the street outside the condominium. Taxi services in Tulum are expensive and rates vary. ⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼⪼ ◼ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Water and power outages can occasionally occur in Tulum due to the local infrastructure. Please be aware of this possibility before booking. The building does not have a backup generator. This is a self-catering apartment, not a hotel. Daily housekeeping and hotel-style services are not included. • The cleaning fee covers cleaning after check-out only. • Cleaning during your stay is NOT included. If you require additional cleaning, it must be requested in advance, is subject to availability, and has an extra cost. • Each unit is provided with a set of towels upon arrival. • Complimentary towel changes are NOT included. • Requests for fresh towels must be made in advance and have an additional fee to cover laundry and service costs. As the property is surrounded by jungle, it’s possible to encounter insects or local wildlife. This is part of the natural environment. The property is regularly fumigated, but occasional sightings may occur.
