You can arrive with peace of mind without getting lost. There are 4 paid rental bicycles on the 1st floor. The space This is Apartment401 on 4th floor. This is 27㎡ . Capacity is 4 people. There is living room and bedrooms , toilet , bath room , kitchen. The bedroom has 2 double bed. It is a 6-minute walk from Exit 3 of Osu Kannon Station. Free Wi-Fi IH stove, Washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, electronic kettle, hair dryer Cooking utensils (kitchen knives, cutting boards, pots, frying pans, cups, plates, cutlery) Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Toothbrushes, bath towels and face towels are available for each person. Consumables and amenities will not be replenished during your stay. There are a total of 7 guest rooms. We are not responsible for any troubles with other customers. We cannot stop the noise of other guests. Some guests sit up late, If there is noise, please call the police by yourself. (Of course, if there is a criminal act, we will call the police and force the guests to leave.) ◆Cancellation For cancellations caused by coronavirus, Stopping transportation , bad weather, injury or illness Please note that refunds will be made according to the cancellation policy. ◆about penalty If your bedding or room is excessively dirty due to vomiting , smell damage caused by smoking or pets, lost keys and furniture or home appliances are damaged, We will claim all damages we have suffered.
