Lovingly restored and upgraded house in a row of cottages dating to the 1860's in a quiet residential Killarney lane , just off New St ,Killarney ,100 metres to the entrance of our National park. Restaurants ,bike rental and majestic scenery nearby. The space Beautifully and conscientiously renovated home retaining many original features yet fresh and modern and user friendly. Away from the bustle of the busy streets set in a quiet laneway. The maximum number of guests we take is 4 for the comfort of everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped-dishwasher,double oven and induction hob Guest access House and small enclosed back garden Other things to note The stairs may be considered steep if unsteady on your feet. There is a single downstairs bedroom and shower room. The doorway entrance to the kitchen is lower than standard as was often the case in older irish houses so if over 5 ft 11 inches you may need to bend your head on entering it The upstairs 2 bedrooms are not ensuite and they share a bathroom Bedroom1 :King size bed(152cm) and 90cm high bed as in photo(access by small step ladder). Suitable for child/teenager or adult (185cm/6ft length) Bedroom 2:-Double bed- 140cm Downstairs bedroom: single bed (90cm) and en suite shower ,toilet, sink ***We don't have a washer/dryer any more as we send our laundry to a company in town but if you need to do your laundry, there's an excellent laundrette less than 100 metres away IMPORTANT :Though the house can accomodate 5, I have restricted it to 4 this year for the comfort of everyone .
