Cozy house in a small picturesque village 35 km from Sofia. It has all the necessary amenities for relaxation. The house is located in a quiet little village and is suitable for gathering bigger groups and celebrating events. However, we ask guests to familiarize themselves with the ordinance on public order and not to disrupt the assigned hours of recreation with excessive noise. (The hours of rest according to the ordinance are from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 07: 00 on weekdays and from 13:30 to 16:30 and 22:00 to 08:00 on weekends) The space The house has three floors with 5 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. On the first floor there is a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, revolving with everything you need. From the kitchen, there's a glazed terrace with a large table suitable for more souls. The terrace also has a TV and barbecue. The house also has a large outdoor pool, a playground with tables and chairs, a gazebo, sun loungers and an outdoor gym equipped with a lever.
