Here you can relax by the fireplace, enjoy beautiful nature views, and experience the true magic of the north – all in complete comfort. Enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna, or head out for adventure right from your doorstep. Guided fishing and nature trips, fatbike and snowshoe rentals, and reindeer farm visits (Oct–Apr) are all available. Perfect for couples, families, and nature lovers looking for tranquility, fresh air, and unforgettable Arctic moments. Your peaceful escape awaits at Iisland Uoma. First you see a small entry hall and entrance to bathroom (toilet, shower, washing machine). Downstairs are a small bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, large open living room with sofa (bed) and kitchen, dining area with fireplace in the centre. Porch on both sides of the house. Stairs are a bit steep. Uptairs we have the main bedroom with double bed, large living room with sofa bed and a single bed, also a desk with flat screen (HDMI cord). Two armchairs. Access to balconies on both sides. Notice that the price does not include bed sheets and towels. You can get them for extra fee of 15€ per person, if you don't want to bring your own. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby. In Finland you can wander in the woods quite freely (dont't go to other's yards, of course). Fishing (local license included in rent) in many ways is highly recommended, boat trips, kayaking in the beautiful Ii river delta, biking. In the fall you can pick berries and mushrooms for free. Plastic sled and other snow toys for kids available. You can experience the frozen sea normally from December to late April by skiing, ice fishing or cruising with a snowmobile. Also fatbikes for rent, great for exploring the sea in winter. Guest access You'll have the whole house to your self and separate sauna too. Woodshed. The whole yard and outdoor kitchen. Upstairs is a closet, that is locked. Other things to note Complimentary coffee and tea. Wood stove, wood burning grill, large cast iron pan, traditional smoker are available in the outdoor kitchen. Rowboat, 4 SUP boards available for 30€ each. Also 2 fatbikes for rent. A chance to see Northern lights during autumn and winter. The local fishing permit for your group is included.
