Welcome to our unique home in the heart of Zwolle! This old railway crossing guard house from 1918 has recently been completely renovated and prepared as a holiday home for groups. Close to access roads, the train station and the city center, Zwolle Centraal is in a fantastic location in the city. All amenities such as supermarket, restaurants, train station, cinema and the IJsselhallen are within walking distance. The space The entrance of the vacation home is located on the left side of the house (large red door). Through the hall, the staircase leads up with a separate toilet underneath. You will also reach the dining room with adjoining kitchen via the hall. The large, beautiful mango wood table offers space for everyone, and there are optional highchairs (2) available. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and also has a washing machine and dryer available. Upstairs is the bathroom with double shower and double sink. In addition, you will find the first three bedrooms. Two double rooms with single beds (90x2.00) and a quadruple room with built-in bunk bed (4x 80x2.00). The kids will love it! On the third floor are the last two rooms, each with a large built-in double bed (1.80x2.10). Other things to note Check-out is no later than 11 a.m.
