Live comfortably, relax and stay centrally connected. The space The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and another single bed in the living area. We will gladly provide you with a travel crib, crib and high chair free of charge upon request. In the living room, a large living area invites you to relax, play or socialize. The newly renovated apartment is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen. This includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a normal coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. Of course, glasses, cutlery and dishes are also available. An extendable dining table with two benches is directly adjacent to the kitchen. In addition to a toilet and sink, the bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and a mirror cabinet. A washing machine is also available. Guest access Access is at ground level. There is one step to overcome to enter the apartment. Access is possible 24 hours a day via a key safe, but we also like to welcome our guests personally and are available for questions. Parking is available on the premises. Other things to note Location and transport connections: Proximity to Bosch in Schwieberdingen: In just 15 minutes you can reach Bosch from the apartment by bus line 534. S-Bahn stations: Korntal and Weilimdorf are easily accessible by train or car. The S-Bahn line S6 offers a direct connection to Stuttgart Mitte. Bus connection to Feuerbach: An additional bus connection ensures good accessibility from Feuerbach.
