The space This Amazing Condo is uniquely situated on the 11th floor with floor-to-ceiling windows in the family room which makes for spectacular Gulf views. This unit features a keyless entry door lock so that you never have to worry about keeping up with individual door keys. With over 1,750 sq ft of space this Condo is ideal for LARGE families. It is appointed vey well fully stocked kitchen "kurig" wet bar, ice maker - 65" flat screen HDTV in living area with a 55" flat screen HDTV in the master & 55" smart TV's in both of the secondary guest rooms. There is a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and the 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and a twin over the full bunk bed - also include is a queen sleeper sofa - which allows for 13 to rest comfortably. The amenities are numerous at Phoenix Orange beach. The large lazy river is a family favorite - also features a nice pool with a water slide that young and old will love. There is also a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the gulf, tennis courts and BBQ area.. NO PETS ALLOWED!! NO SMOKING ***There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit and 25 year old and older have to be present and staying in unit. This policy will be enforced with no refund for violation. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival at front desk on site. A three bedroom unit at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you may purchase up to two parking passes. The front desk may/may not sell additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay. You must purchase parking passes at the building desk and they are $55 each. * Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay
