Huge 6 Bedroom with Heated Pool, 85" TV, Game Room

Luxurious 5,200 foot home sits on a 0.5 acre lot and features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, game room, a hot tub and heated pool, an 85" TV with surround sound speakers, and a game room with foosball and a pool/ping pong/air hockey table! Please note the heated pool is at least $100 to use and the separate hot tub is $75. Charcoal grill, cornhole, giant jenga, connect 4, ping pong. Less than 10 miles from downtown and less than 5 miles from Hobby Airport. Ideal for large groups! 150+MBPS WiFi! The space There are 6 queen beds, 1 full over full bunk bed (note: top bed 175 pound weight capacity), a modular sofa that converts to a queen bed, and a second sofa that folds into a bed that is full sized. 2 queen air mattresses are also available for a total of 9 beds and 2 air mattresses. Each bedroom features a 65" Samsung 4K TV! There is a master bedroom with its own large closet and bathroom, which looks onto the backyard and the hot tub. Across the hall is the double room, which has a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed, and access to a full bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. Final bedroom is opposite wing of the house. This is the largest room and has a door to the backyard. It has a queen bed and a stairwell that walks up into the game room in that wing. The living room features a giant, 85" 4K Samsung TV with surround sound system. There is a sofa which converts into another bed in this room. The living room has tons of natural light and opens out into the backyard. The kitchen looks out into the living room. The kitchen is a full kitchen with gas stovetop, fridge, air fryer, 2 ovens, microwave, keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and plenty of cutlery and dining sets, along with usual kitchen and barbecue cookware. A charcoal grill is outside in the backyard. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook which seats 4 people. Dining room has a modern table with marble countertop. Game Room has a 65" Samsung 4K TV, a foosball table, a combo pool table / ping pong table / air hockey table, and a couch which converts into a bed. The backyard is massive and features the pool, charcoal grill, giant jenga, giant connect 4, cornhole, hammock, and 2 spas. There is also an outdoor concrete ping pong table which converts to a dining table. PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor pool. It is cleaned / treated twice a week with a full report generated containing photos and chemical readings. You may see the pool cleaners in the backyard, but none have access to the inside of the house. The pool has a vacuum and leaf net available to use as well. That said, as it is an outdoor pool, by booking you fully acknowledge that it could have leaves or debris from being outside, and that this will not be a qualification for a refund. Wi-Fi at speeds of about 150 MBPS download. Ubers and Lyfts are the most popular and plentiful in the area. Since it's near the airport public transit is likely doable but is going to be much less convenient. The carport can hold 2 cars and the driveway another 2-3. There is also parking on the street outside the home. Please note: The jetted hot tub costs extra. Please contact me to price. Depending on length of stay and time of year it is $75-$100 usually. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for the pool supply shed in backyard and storage shed in backyard. You are also not allowed to access supply / utility closets, the maid closets, or the attic without prior approval from the host Other things to note Please note: Many of the locks in the house are anderson locks. To lock them you will need to turn the handle upwards while turning the deadbolt with your other hand. The 2 in the living room have foot locks as well. Please do not break these and reach out if you have any questions. Disruptive events / parties are not allowed under any circumstance. Pets are allowed but again must be cleared beforehand and the pet needs to be added to the listing so the pet fee is covered. PLEASE NOTE: The home is fenced but if you are bringing a pet please check for yourself if he can fit through the entire perimeter of the fence. We will not be held liable for lost pets. We charge $15 per visitor, paid separately, to account for variable costs associated with additional people such as consumables, cleaning, trash, insurance, etc. Hidden / snuck in guests will result in the stay being cancelled and a fine of $200 per person per night. There are no late checkouts allowed unless expressly cleared with us beforehand, which typically must be done the night before the stay. If you don't have an express agreement with us to checkout late or extend, then you must be out at 11:15 am on your checkout date, and we will charge up to $400 or the full cost of any impacted reservation, whichever is higher. These rules will seem strict but they are there for a reason. The purpose of these is to ensure that what you plan on doing at the home is cleared ahead of time. If you feel iffy about violating any of these just ask me ahead of time and I'll let you know if it's an issue or not. I will NEVER fine you for something you cleared with me. I've been a superhost for a number of years now and my goal is not to charge you these fines, but rather to make them severe enough that guests will be upfront about their intentions to use the property and will not risk trying to cut the wifi to the home (it has happened twice) to avoid me noticing parties and extra guests. These rules are designed for a number of guests who have booked for 2 people and had a 40 person raging party while claiming only 2 slept there, or who shoot music videos with smoke machines in the house damaging the furniture, and situations like that. This gets sent to all guests, so is not personal. 1. There is an unauthorized / unapproved party fine of $4,000 and the reservation will be cancelled and you will be forced to leave the listing. Just be sure to clear gatherings with me ahead of time and I'll be able to tell you if the place is suitable for what you have planned. 2. ALL guests must be included in the reservation, and ALL visitors must be cleared ahead of time and we charge $15 per visitor. There is additional cost to cover insuring those people, cleaning associated with larger groups, etc., so all gatherings must be cleared ahead of time so that we're all in agreement on these items. There is a fine of $200 per guest per night not included in the booking. This includes children. The cleaning and insurance is for anyone there, and so if you have 30 people over all day and only 2 sleep at night, I still have to account for cleaning and risk for 30 people. If you failed to include everybody in the booking, you can add them to it by altering the reservation during the booking. Just don't try to hide a bunch of extra guests and make me have to fine the $200 per guest per night. 3. $1,000 for each noise violation. The house doesn't have shared walls, so there's a lot of leeway here, but if I get complaints from my neighbors that are valid (if you're violating noise ordinances by blasting music late at night beyond city allowed limits), I'll have to fine you to pay them for the inconvenience and cover any tickets I might get. Repeated noise complaints also can result in cancellation of the reservation. This is a hard one to break, but just don't blast music unreasonably loud at crazy times and you should be fine. 4. $3,000 for smoking indoors, designed to cover damage to furniture and other cleaning. This is for all kinds of smoke. Please smoke outside if you need to and please clean up any debris afterwards. The smoke detectors notify me of the room and keeps a log / history of alerts, so it will get noticed if you smoke inside. 5. All pets need to be included in the reservation. There is a pet fee so please be aware. Sneaking in a pet will result in an $800 fine for that plus any cleaning or damage caused by the pet. 6. All of these are additive, so if you throw a raging party without permission that has 70+ people there you will be charged the party fine, noise violations, and for the extra guests separately, along with damages including extra cleaning. For damages beyond a few hundred dollars the platform requires me to file a police report. So do not do it. I also have security cameras monitoring the exterior entrances of the home so you will not be able to throw one without me knowing. Please do not force me to have to do any of these things. It's very much not worth it. So just clear your plans ahead of time and we'll all be good. Finally, for the hot tub it does cost extra. It usually is about $75. The heater for the pool costs $100.
