Welcome to the Castle of Dreams – an exclusive retreat for unforgettable celebrations! Our majestic little castle invites you to celebrate your most important moments in a regal setting. From breathtaking weddings to lively birthday parties to unforgettable bachelor/bachelorette parties – this castle is the perfect place for your celebratory occasions. There are no quiet hours in the house. In the garden, from 22:00. As your hosts, we're here for you at any time. The space Important to know in advance: 📍. We also live in the house, but we'll only run into each other in the entrance area at most. The rest of the house is exclusively for you. 📍. Access to the kitchen and the event cellar (potato cellar) is separate, from outside around the house, not through the main house. 📍.Airbnb only allows you to set a maximum of 16 guests. However, we can accommodate up to 22 overnight guests. So if you arrive with more than 16 people, the extra people will be charged CHF 75.00 per night. ____________ The house impresses with its magnificent grounds and stunning views of Lake Constance and the mountains. In the main house, we have a total of 5 double beds (10 guests). If there are more of you, the additional guests can be accommodated in the outbuilding (dormitory) on 6 extra bunk beds (12 sleeping places). The toilets/showers are located in the main building, which is 10 meters away. For additional day guests, we offer the option of spending the entire day/night with us. Please note that no beds are available for these guests. The price for a day guest is CHF 35.00 per person. For additional bookings of day guests, you have two options: You can contact us directly before booking and submit a request, or you can use the booking link that we will send you seven days before arrival and book the day guests yourself. 🍽️ Downstairs – Kitchen & Event Room In the basement, you will find the spacious and historic potato cellar, which is now used exclusively for special events. With numerous seating options, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and an open fireplace, this space offers a unique atmosphere for unforgettable events. Access to the kitchen/event cellar is separate and from outside, around the house. 🌳 Ground floor – entrance & garden The entrance and the separate living area for my wife, our daughters and me are on the ground floor (raised ground floor). Therefore, occasional encounters in the entrance area are possible. The living space available for your exclusive use covers about 600 square meters, complemented by a spacious, 1,000-square-meter fenced garden. A gas grill and a grill pan are available for barbecues. A garden table for 8 people, two loungers and two sets of folding benches (which can be set up as needed) invite you to linger, while a 5 × 5-meter parasol and a 3 × 3-meter parasol provide shade. For the children, there is also a ground-level trampoline and a slide. 🛏️ Second Floor – Bedrooms On the second floor, you will find four cozy double bedrooms, a bathroom with natural light, a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a bidet, as well as a separate toilet in the hallway. In addition, there is a coffee and snack alcove at your disposal. 🎮 2nd floor – Games room On the second floor, you will find the laundry room and the game room with a carom billiards table, a table tennis table, a foosball table, a dartboard, a 75-inch TV on a mobile stand, various board games, comfortable seating and two inviting hammocks. The game room is not heated by default, but there are always radiant heaters available to plug in. 🌙 Attic floor – Room with a lake view In the unheated attic, you will not only find clotheslines, but also another cozy, heated double bedroom with a stunning view of Lake Constance. Guest Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. With a speed of around 106 Mbps, it is the fastest option available in this region. In the immediate vicinity, you will find: 📍A variety of farm shops within 2 to 15 minutes by car. 📍 A soccer and basketball court just a minute's walk away. 📍 Bike and hiking trails just 5 minutes away. 📍Shops such as Migros, Aldi, Landi, a fitness center, Burger King, etc. can be reached in 10 minutes by car. 📍 The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away. 📍 The picturesque Lake Constance can be reached in 7 minutes by car. 📍The historic town of Konstanz is just a 15-minute drive away. Guest access Access to the house is by means of a personal code, which you will receive seven days prior to arrival. The recommended car access to the property is at the back. A total of 5 parking spaces are available. You can find more free parking spaces in the surrounding area. If you arrive by bike, there are also five indoor parking spaces available. Early check-in or late check-out are possible upon request and subject to availability. We charge CHF 50.00 per hour for this. In the event of an early or late arrival/departure, luggage may be stored on the property at your own risk. Other things to note The apartment is carpeted, so wearing outdoor shoes is not allowed from the second floor up (the basement and first floor are exempt). Slippers are recommended throughout the house, and we provide 20 pairs of slippers for this purpose. The whole house is only accessible by stairs. The kitchen/event basement can only be accessed from outside. Since my wife and I live on the ground floor, we may run into each other occasionally. Your usable living space is approx. 600 square meters, and there is a fenced garden of 1,000 square meters. House-trained pets are welcome here. The pet fee is CHF 20.00 per pet per night. Please do not allow your pets on the beds. If a pet is on a bed or if something in the house is soiled by urine, feces or vomit, we charge at least CHF 250.00 for cleaning per incident.
