Welcome to the Castle of Dreams – an exclusive retreat for unforgettable celebrations! Our majestic castle offers you the opportunity to celebrate your most important moments in a royal atmosphere. From breathtaking weddings to rousing birthday parties to unforgettable bachelor parties or murder mystery dinners, this castle is the perfect place for all your festive occasions. In the house there is no nighttime quiet hours. In the garden from 10:00 pm. The space Important to know in advance: 1. We also live in the house, but we meet at most in the entrance area. The rest of the house is exclusively for you. 2. Airbnb only offers the option to set a maximum of 16 guests. However, we have room for up to 22 overnight guests. So if you arrive with more than 16 people, the extra people will be charged 75 CHF per night. ________ The house captivates with its magnificent turnaround and magnificent views of Lake Constance and the mountains. In the main house we have a total of 5 double beds(10 guests). If you are more guests, you can use it in the annex(mass camp) on 6 additional Bunk beds(sleeps 12). The toilets/showers are located in the main building, which is 10 meters away. For additional day guests, we offer the possibility of spending the whole day/night with us. Please note that there are no beds available for these guests. The price for a day guest is 35 CHF per person. There are two options available for additional bookings of day guests: you can contact us directly before booking and make a request, or you use the booking link provided by us three days before arrival and book the day guests independently. In the basement, the spacious and historic potato cellar awaits you, which is now used exclusively for special events. With plenty of seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open fireplace, this space offers a unique ambiance for memorable events. On the ground floor(raised ground floor) is the entrance and the separate living area of my wife, our daughter and me. Occasionally encounters in the entrance area are therefore possible. The living space available to you for your own use extends over about 600 square meters, complemented by a spacious 1000 square meter fenced garden with seating and gas grill. If desired, there is a shared shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find four cozy double rooms, a luxurious bathroom with natural light, bathtub, shower, toilet and bidet, as well as a separate toilet in the hallway. In addition, a coffee and snack niche is available. On the second floor you will find the laundry room as well as the gaming room with a Carambol billiard table, ping pong table, foosball table, various board games, comfortable seating and two inviting hammocks. In the unheated attic you will find not only clotheslines, but also another cozy, heated double room with a breathtaking view of Lake Constance. A guest Wi-Fi is available for you in all premises. With a speed of around 106 mbit/s, it offers the fastest option available in this region. In the immediate vicinity, you will find: • Diverse farm shops within 2-15 car minutes. • A soccer and basketball court just a minute walk away. • Bicycle and hiking trails are within 5 minutes. • Shopping facilities such as Migros, Aldi, Landi, Fitness Center, Burger King etc., can be reached in 10 minutes by car. • Bus stop is a 1min walk. • The picturesque Lake Constance can be reached in 7 minutes by car. • The historic town of Konstanz is only 15 minutes away by car. Guest access Access to the house is guaranteed by means of an individually generated numerical code, which you will receive three days before arrival. Recommended car access to the property is at the rear. A total of 5 parking spaces are available. Additional free parking is available in the vicinity. If you arrive by bike, five indoor parking spaces are also available. In case of early or late arrival/departure, luggage may be deposited on the property at your own risk. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with carpets, so wearing outdoor shoes is not allowed from the first floor (basement and ground floor are exempt). Slippers are recommended throughout the house. For guests with limited mobility, two stairlifts are available, leading to the first floor. The historic potato cellar including kitchen, the gaming room and the double room in the attic are only accessible via stairs. Since my wife and I live on the first floor, we may occasionally meet. However, you may use any spaces that are not marked as private at your convenience.
