This unique casita is a two room cottage/cabin, 1 bath, coffee bar, full outdoor kitchen (Stove/Oven, microwave, & refrigerator) & party barn. One acre for relaxation or recreational use, plus covered porch overlooking river. This property is a mile from Bandera’s Main Street. Perfect location to the many weekend events and surrounding areas. Perfect for nature lovers. This is a seperate 2 bedroom cabin that is part of a 1 acre property. Fun themed Elvis bedroom and Vintage decor bedroom. The space does not include the main house or above ground pool that also sits on the property. Guests have access to outdoor full kitchen and party barn area. Guests have access to all indoor/outdoor games. We are occasionally on the property in the main house and available if needed When you arrive in Bandera County, you will experience a feeling of "getting away from it all". Enjoy the great outdoors at one of our two State Natural Areas or along one of the top-rated scenic drives in our beautiful Hill Country. Take in a rodeo or a gunfight reenactment, and boot-scoot around the dance floor at any one of our honky-tonks. Mingle with the locals in our restaurants and shops - you'll be amazed at just how friendly everyone will be. Practice saying "howdy" and you'll fit right in! *Currently, the above ground pool is closed for season* All linens and towels provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, flatware, and pots/pans. Coffee, tea, popcorn, and snacks provided and 1st round is on us! You are welcome to anything in refrigerator. There are both indoor/outdoor games including yard Yahtzee, yard checkers, yard pong, ping pong table, darts, volleyball net, etc… You have use of outdoor chairs/wagon to take down to river. The outdoor yard space has a grill, picnic table and fire pit. The outdoor space by river has hammock, 3 lounge chairs, and side table. Lots of fun activities to do both on-site and in town!
