Just refinished! Easy access to all that Sugarbush and the Mad River Valley have to offer. Skiing all day followed up with dinner at the restaurant on site. Or take a hike in the morning, cool off in a nearby swimming hole, and top off the day at a local swimming hole. This small but cozy condo includes a basic kitchen with all you need including a small oven and stove, full fridge, and coffee maker. Mad River Valley / Sugarbush bus stop is walkable. Pool on site is for seasonal use only. The space Powderhound Condos share a pool, a grill, a picnic table and a small swing set. From here you can walk to hiking trails and a place to dip in the river. We are also steps from a restaurant yet feel off the beaten path. Winter guests frequent for access to mountain, cross country, and back country access. Spring - Fall guests frequent the condo for weddings, hiking, biking, paddling, fall colors, and more. Inside the condo guests love the king bed and easy to use pull-out couches. Other things to note When people come back to this condo for second, third, and fourth stays, they note the location, the very comfortable king sized bed, and access to the small but functional kitchen. The unit is snug for four people, but it does work! I’d only suggest it for that sized group if the stay is short or you plan on being out and about in the Valley most of the time. Please note that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom.
